They are seeking an Assistant Connections Managers to support grid connection activities for distribution and transmission networks, working closely with the Connections Manager and Development Team.Key Responsibilities:Manage grid connection applications to DNOs/IDNOs and monitor progress to energisation.Review connection offers, identify risks, and optimise costs.Coordinate with internal teams, network operators, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.Maintain accurate project data and report status to senior management.Support site assessment, feasibility studies, and project identification for battery storage developments.Engage with external stakeholders, technical advisors, and industry consultations.Requirements:Understanding of GB distribution and transmission networks and grid connection procedures.Familiarity with Distribution Code, Engineering Recommendations (G99, G100, P28, G5), and CUSC.Strong project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. xjdpvnf Passionate about renewable energy, low-carbon solutions, and decarbonisation.
