This role is critical to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of machinery, electrical systems, and chemical processes. Youll manage both preventive and corrective maintenance programs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Project ManagementPlan and execute minor projects and CAPEX initiatives xjdpvnf Oversee contractor activities and ensure complianceQualifications & Experience:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering35 years in a supervisory maintenance role within manufacturingExperience in adhesives or chemical manufacturing is a plusProven ability to develop maintenance strategies and manage timelinesKey Skills:Strong leadership and team managementExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in mechanical, electrical, and process equipment maintenanceExperience with CMMS and Microsoft OfficeIn-depth knowledge of HSE regulationsEffective communication across all levels
