If youre passionate about innovation and ready to make an impact, TUALCOM is the place to grow your career in production and technical operations.What You Will DoTo be open, honest, up-front & transparent form the beginning, due both to the nature of the role & company policy, this position will be based 5 days per week in our Docklands Offices, London E14.In this role, youll be hands-on with testing, assembly, and integration - working with RF, microwave, and electronic technologies using tools like spectrum analysers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes to check performance, fix issues, and improve results. Youll handle PCB builds, soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly with precision, as well as configure hardware, roll out software updates, and keep databases accurate. Most importantly, youll be the go-to problem-solver, using your technical know-how, attention to detail, and proactive approach to keep everything running smoothly.What TUALCOM look for in an Electronics Test Technician:Were looking for a hands-on Electronics Test Technician with proven testing and assembly experience, gained through an apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent. Youll have strong knowledge of electronic, RF, and microwave technologies, be confident with test instruments, and bring the problem-solving skills and attention to detail to get it right first time.
