If youre a hands-on, detailed-driven individualthen this is the perfect role for you! What Youll DoDesign and develop electrical systems for sonar, control, and power distribution.Integrate subsystems into complex defence platforms.Ensure compliance with MIL-STD, DEF STAN, and EMC standards.Run testing, validation, and qualification activities.Produce clear schematics, test documents, and design reports.Troubleshoot electrical issues across development and in-service equipment.Support upgrades, obsolescence, and new technology adoption.Work closely with mechanical, systems, software, and supplier teams.What You Bring:Strong electrical system design and analysis skills.Confident problem solver with a methodical approach.Experience in defence/aerospace/marine environments.System integration experience on ships or other large platforms.Hands-on testing and validation capability.Solid knowledge of MIL-STD, DEF STAN, EMC.Skilled documentation and attention to detail.Team player with strong communication skills.Experience with Zuken E3, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools. xjdpvnf Qualifications:HNC/HND in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5 years experience in electrical disciplinesSecurity Requirements:UK Sole NationalBPSS ClearedAble to obtain SCIf youre a skilled Electrical Engineer, ready to take on their next role, then please apply and drop your CV below!
