Working with suppliers, customers, internal teams and international partners, you will ensure all food products meet legal requirements and are labelled accurately for global sale.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage food product specifications and compliance documentsProduce nutritional calculations and develop accurate product labels and ingredient declarationsEnsure food packaging meet all required legal and customer food safety standards (UK and international)Coordinate product testing and supplier certification approvalMaintain internal product data systems and ensure traceability complianceSupport investigation and management of product quality complaintsKeep informed of global food safety legislation and provide guidance internallyKey Skills:Previous experience in a food technical/compliance/QA role within FMCG or packaging manufacturingStrong understanding of nutritional labelling requirementsKnowledge of HACCP and experience working within a BRC businessHigh levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detailExcellent written communication and documentation abilitiesProcess-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and with a teamAble to interpret regulations, standards and technical documentationOur ClientOur client is a leading designing and supplier of bespoke, innovative, and high-quality packaging for major brands and retailers worldwide.
