Operating across 18 state-of-the-art sitesand with ambitious plans for future growthwere at the forefront of innovation and excellence in vehicle repair.We're now looking for a skilled MET Technician to join our expanding team in Preston.What Youll Be DoingAs an MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) Technician, youll play a key role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your responsibilities will include:Dismantling and reassembling mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision and carePerforming four-wheel alignment checks and repairs using manufacturer-recommended methodsEnsuring vehicles are properly protected throughout the repair processCollaborating with Technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and Production teams to ensure efficient workflowsAdhering to health and safety standards, including COSHH requirements and appropriate PPE usageWorking with electric vehicles and staying updated on emerging vehicle technologiesAbout YouWere looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment. Ideally, youll have:IMI/ATA MET Technician qualification (or equivalent experience in a Bodyshop environment)Proven experience in accident repair and vehicle rebuildsA full UK driving licence (required)The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfactionKnowledge and/or experience working with electric vehicles is a plusWhat Youll Get in ReturnWe believe in taking care of our people.
