Reconciliations & Banking - Team Leader Location: Bath Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 + bonus We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Reconciliations & Banking team. You'll oversee daily reconciliations of client money and assets, manage payments, and ensure compliance with CASS regulations. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership, driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
