Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing specifiers to increase project opportunities. Conduct face-to-face and virtual visits to deliver maximum value and showcase Daikins competitive advantage. Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to create high-quality project specifications. Act as the first point of support for allocated customers, ensuring exceptional service. Expand the range of Daikin products specified in projects to deliver total solutions. Manage project pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems. Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions to upskill customers on products and legislation. Generate leads, map customer networks, and drive regional activity aligned with business priorities. The Ideal Candidate: Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Excellent presentation and communication abilities. Highly organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence. Technical expertise in HVAC products and legislation. Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
