We’ve grown to 50+ people with offices in Bristol (UK) and Philadelphia (US), and we’re continuing to scale rapidly across both regions.The roleAs an AI Workplace Transformation Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering organisational change and adoption for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related AI solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of people, process, and technology, helping clients embed new tools and behaviours that improve how people work day to day.This role suits someone who combines strong Microsoft knowledge with pragmatic, people-centred change delivery.What you’ll be doing• Lead change and adoption activity for Microsoft 365 and Copilot programmes• Design and deliver adoption plans, communications, training, and engagement activity• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and delivery teams• Translate Copilot and AI capabilities into clear, practical guidance for end users• Track adoption, usage, and value realisation, recommending improvements• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with user needs and organisational policy• Support pre-sales activity where required, including scoping and demosWhat we’re looking for• Strong experience delivering change and adoption in client-facing environments• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 modern work (Copilot experience highly desirable)• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences• Calm, professional consulting presence with strong stakeholder skills• Comfortable owning delivery with limited hand-holding• Proactive, curious, and open to feedback• Relevant change certification (e.g. PROSCI) preferredYou don’t need to be a Power Platform or Copilot Studio specialist — conceptual understanding and practical application are key.Why join Changing Social?• Work at the forefront of AI-enabled workplace transformation• Join a values-led consultancy built on Lovability, Openness, Versatility, and Enthusiasm• Flexible working to support work-life balance and international collaboration• Paid Microsoft training and certifications• Strong focus on wellbeing, learning, and long-term career development• Clear progression as we scale towards 200+ people over the next few yearsWhat to expectOur interview process has four stages:• A 15–30 minute conversation with the recruitment team• A 30–40 minute conversation with the hiring manager to explore your experience and motivations• A case study with Q&A to understand your approach and thinking• A final conversation with senior leadership, focused on values, culture fit, and collaborationWe aim to keep the process clear, efficient, and respectful of your time, and we’ll keep you informed at every stage.Right to work & accessibilityYou’ll need the right to work in your location (we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship).
