Main Activities/tasks:Deliver (sometimes pilot) all technical training courses within the Training program.Provide input and assist in the development of on line video based training courses.Contribute to, and assist in the administration of Technical Training programmes.Provide input to assist in the maintenance of diagnostics and technical publications to latest levelProvide input and assist in development of content and delivery of all product/technical training for the UK dealer network.Provide subject matter expertise for all areas of the businessProvide assistance in the maintenance, the cleaning and safety adherence of all the technical training facilities at BirminghamMaintain and develop the training equipment and tools for trainingProvide input into the development the Aftersales Training curriculum for each quarter to be published to the dealer networkSafety – Comply, adhere to, and promote all safety standards outlined by companySpecial requirementsMS Office – fully familiar and proficient in Word, Powerpoint and ExcelHigh Voltage trained (IMI Level 3, Level 4 not essential, but preferred)The ability to work with internal departments including Diagnostics and Technical Publications, Parts, Warranty, technical Support and Customer Service.The ability to liaise with Engineering and Diagnostics to ensure that product training courses are constantly kept up to date.Have an excellent level of communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to always present and make yourself understood by your audience.Be self-motivated, confident and professional – This role is always representing the MG brand and often the face of the brand from an Aftersales perspective.
