Creative Lead (Digital & Campaigns)London (Hybrid: 4 days studio / 1 day WFH)Up to £70,000We’re looking for a Creative Lead with a strong digital mindset to join a leading independent creative agency working with global brands across premium, lifestyle and luxury sectors.This is a senior role for someone who thinks platform-first, understands how ideas live across social and digital ecosystems, and knows how to turn insight into big campaign thinking that travels — from hero content to always-on executions.The role:Lead the development of digital-first, social-led campaign ideas across paid, owned and earned channelsShape creative platforms that flex across social, digital, advertising and brand touchpointsEnsure ideas are rooted in audience behaviour, culture and platform dynamicsOversee creative output across short-form, long-form and campaign contentLead, mentor and inspire two senior creatives, setting a clear creative standardCollaborate closely with strategy, client services and production teamsPresent and sell ideas confidently to clients, with a strong rationale behind the thinkingAbout you:Significant experience in a senior creative role within a creative or digital agencyProven track record delivering digital and social-first campaigns, not just executionsStrong understanding of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, digital paid media)Conceptually strong with excellent visual storytelling instinctsComfortable leading senior creatives and elevating their outputCopywriting experience or understanding is a plus, but not essentialWhat’s on offer:Salary up to £70,000, depending on experienceHybrid working: 4 days in a Central London studio / 1 day remoteOpportunity to lead digital thinking for globally recognised brandsA senior role within an independent, creatively ambitious agency
