This role supports industrialisation, supply chain, and customer services activities during the integration of an industrial manufacturing site into a new organization.The position acts as an on-site coordination and visibility role, ensuring operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and risk control throughout a complex transition period.Core Objective:Support industrial and supply chain operations during an integration phase, ensuring uninterrupted deliveries, services, and customer support while minimizing operational and financial risks.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent Customer Services in cross-functional industrial and supply chain activitiesCoordinate stakeholders across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and ITEnsure visibility of site activities to central multi-functional teamsSupport logistics and service transition toward operational independenceMonitor supply chain and supplier performance; support recovery actionsProvide technical and industrial support (NPI, Transfer of Work, industrial issues)Support spare parts, repairs, and technical documentation continuityBuild and maintain visual planning, risks, and action trackingDeliver clear weekly and monthly executive reportsRequired ProfileStrong experience in Aerospace manufacturing environmentsComfortable with 100% onsite in BelfastBackground in at least two of the following:Manufacturing EngineeringSupply Chain / Procurement / QualityCustomer Services OperationsLogisticsProven experience with NPI, Transfer of Work, and supplier recoveryStrong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsAble to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentAbout UsA leading international provider of solutions and expertise, specialising in the fields of digital systems and business performanceThe SCALIAN Group provides support to major industrial and service-sector companies to help them define and implement their projects in two fields:Digital Systems Embedded and critical systems, IoT, information systems, and digital solutions for businesses Operations Performance: Management of projects, quality, and industrial performance We are present in seven countries (France, Spain, Belgium, UK, Germany, USA and Canada).
