LG Electronics VS is a leading system supplier in the fields of in-vehicle infotainment, telematics and electrification.LG –Innovation Partner for Vehicle Electrification - Infotainment / Connectivity / Intelligent Driving / SoftwareSales Assistant (m/f/d)Your Tasks:preparing customer quotations for new businessadministration of change management activitiesinitiating and monitoring pre-series (development & call-off sample) deliverieschecking SW/HW version(s) of production sites vs customer demandsSupporting market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy.preparing product/project presentationssupporting various customer negotiations and meetingssupporting demand management fulfilment of the customer and follow up of the timely delivery including proper documentation.monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´supdating of relevant customer informationliaison with different stakeholders (internal) to solve customer requests.ensuring adequate and timely customer communicationmanaging unit prices & order conditionsHandling customer sample orders and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.Coordinate effectively across time zones to minimize delays in communication between European HQ(Germany), Global HQ (South Korea), OEMs (UK), and internal production site (Vietnam)Your Expertise:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or EngineeringIf prior experience in sales support or the automotive industry is highly preferred.Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork.Good analytical skillsVery good knowledge of Excel, Power point, and ERP systemsBasic economic & logistic knowledgeGood communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in sales and administrative tasksFluent in EnglishPlease send us your complete application documents including earliest start date and salary expectations to vseurecruiting@We look forward to hearing from you!
