The role of the Estimator within this forward thinking and expanding company is to produce competitive carefully resourced, analysed tender cost and submit the price and any necessary quality submissions to a client..Estimator Position OverviewWorking on competitive bids, negotiated contracts and within Frameworks.Estimator required to join a forward thinking and expanding Civil Engineering companyProvide competitive and analysed tender costs and submit the price and necessary quality submissions to a clientReporting directly to the Estimating manager showing awareness of company targetsAiming to better company targets with profitable successful bidsAssist with budget pricesStudying tender documentation and information provided. xjdpvnf Assessing the viability of tendersCalculate the net costs of a tender from first principlesEnsuring that tenders are complete and submitted on time.Estimator Position RequirementsHNC in Civil Engineering or similar discipline would be beneficialMinimum of 2 years estimating experience within a Civil Engineering companyWorking knowledge of NEC conditions of contractsPrevious Site Experience would be beneficialCivil Engineering related degree or qualificationAbility to work well within a team environmentFinancial and Pre-contract Management experienceFull driving licenceCSCS CardEstimator Position RemunerationSalary up to 45,000Pension25 day Holiday + BHBonusPrivate HealthcareOther benefits to be discussed at interview stage
