This role will be responsible for a small team of reports who support and work flexibly across our operations within the manufacturing team including engineering, stores, goods in/out and raw material preparation department.The candidate must have proven experience in a similar role, be a strong motivational leader with a focused high standard of H&S and Quality within time sensitive safety critical work environments.Forward thinking and a problem solver, dynamic in their approach to their work, and the ability to work flexible hours when needed to meet production demandsKey responsibilitiesSupervision of goods out / logistics function inclusive of following the intermediate packaging procedure, labour management and BocTrack planning in-line with project demands. xjdpvnf Work closely with other Production Team Leads, managers and employees, welders and fabricators, Quality colleaguesBe the team leader of the business ERP system Boctrack to manage the daily / weekly / monthly workflow and plans.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience in similar role, ideally in nuclear, oil & gas, or equivalent industry sectors, working with steelsCCSNG Safety Passport or similar safety accreditationSafety focussedA strong IT competency including Microsoft office and excel, to work with our Boctrack digital systemAccurate and pays attention to detailExperience in packing and despatch of productsGreat team working, problem solving and positive can-do attitudeCompensation and RemunerationPay rates determined by HPC Supervisory Sector Agreement , 2025 rate 32.27037.52 per hour depending on previous knowledge, skills and experiencePension scheme25 days annual leaveOn-going investment in your training and developmentLife Assurance Employee Assistance Programme
