Production Operative  Duties of a production operative Willingness to learn new techniques  Quality checking for defects or inconsistencies  Use of measuring tools and equipment Assisting with the preparation of materials  Working closely with the team  Good attention to detail  Adhering to health and safety regulations The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a factory environment where they have worked with hand tools or machinery and are used to quality checking their own work
