In response to growing customer demand and strategic expansion, they are embarking on an exciting initiative to rebuild and enhance their trading technology stack.This transformation includes Clearing, Risk, and Click & Trade platforms, focusing on performance, scalability, and real-time data capabilities to give traders a competitive edge.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on real-time trading systems, where youll be responsible for full-stack development and play a key role in enhancing their trading platforms.C#.NET is the core back-end technology across the business.React is used for the front-end, making experience with it beneficial but secondary.As a Senior Developer, youll be hands-on in development while also contributing to technical decisions. Salary: Up to 120,000 + Strong Bonus + Benefits Hybrid Working: 4 days per week in London (West End)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications within the trading ecosystem.Work across the full stack, with a primary focus on C# back-end development.Ensure performance, maintainability, and testability of all solutions.Work closely with business users to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to the technical roadmap.Collaborate with the team, mentor junior developers, and uphold development best practices.Experience Required7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and .NET.Proven experience in designing and building scalable, event-driven architectures.React experience is a plus, particularly for building modern user interfaces.Proficiency in SQL, with GraphQL and Redux being beneficial.Experience in software development best practices, performance optimization, and debugging.Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical challenges.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Financial Services experience is highly desirable, particularly within trading, investment, or front-office environments.How to ApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity, please reply to this ad with your updated CV or send it directly to lets chat! xjdpvnf Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
