You'll be based within commutable distance to Ringwood/Poole and have prior experience in a packaging technologist role.Up to £35,000 pa, dependent on experienceRingwood & Poole SitesCompany Pension PlanFurther Development & Training OpportunitiesThe RoleThis is a key role working closely with suppliers, the Technical Manager, internal teams and global customers to ensure all products are safe, compliant, and manufactured to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and review tin specifications and technical product documentationConducting product risk assessments, particularly for tins containing electronics, moving parts or decorative mechanismsEnsuring products meet relevant country-specific safety standards, including toy and electrical complianceManaging the quality control and product inspection processesMaintaining and updating internal compliance records and technical filesKey Skills:Background working in product safety / quality assurance / technical compliance within an FMCG companyIdeally from packaging, consumer goods, toy, electronics accessory, or craft gifting industryHigh levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detailExcellent written communication and documentation abilitiesProcess-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and with a teamAble to interpret regulations, standards and technical documentationExperience working within a BRC business would be highly beneficialOur ClientOur client is a leading designing and supplier of bespoke, innovative, and high-quality packaging for major brands and retailers worldwide.
