Our client is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join our highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team in the Bradford area developing the next generation of wireless communication products.As a senior member of our engineering team, youll take full responsibility for all electronics design aspects, ensuring that every design meets stringent performance, reliability, and production requirements.Youll be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle from concept and prototype development through to production handover supporting new products as they move into medium-volume offshore manufacturing.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer who thrives on innovation, precision, and technical challenge.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-speed digital hardware design, including embedded processor systems, FPGAs, and communications interfacesDesign and develop analogue electronics and power supplies (switch mode and linear up to 100 W)Perform PCB schematic capture and layout, including component library managementEnsure all designs meet EMC compliance and performance standardsProduce thorough design documentation to support efficient new product introduction (NPI)Collaborate closely with RF, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams throughout development and production phasesRequired AttributesProven experience with PCB design tools (Altium Designer and/or PADS Logic/Layout preferred)Excellent understanding of differential and impedance-matched interconnect designStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and within a collaborative team environmentHigh attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving capabilityDesirable AttributesExperience in mobile networks, defence, or other high-reliability industriesFamiliarity with embedded software or FPGA firmware designKnowledge or experience in RF electronics designExperience and Qualifications xjdpvnf Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline5+ years professional experience in electronics designProven record of delivering products within multi-disciplinary development teamsExcellent communication skills, including fluency in EnglishBritish citizenship with SC-level security clearance, or the ability to obtain clearanceWhy ApplyWork on cutting-edge product development within a supportive, expert teamBe part of a company that values innovation, quality, and collaborationEnjoy a friendly, flexible working environment in the heart of SaltaireCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageApply today with an up to date CV for immediate consideration.
