We need your help to grow our business even further.What youll doConsult with our clients and become our clients partner for life through building trust and respect, understanding their business, and adding value to their AI and business strategy Identify new AI opportunities within a clients organisationPerform AI audits for our clients, assessing their current AI landscapePropose technical solutions for our clients, to meet their current and future requirements for AI Define roadmaps for clients to deliver their AI transformationsTranslate business requirements into technical requirements for our team of buildersOversee the delivery of AI projects, and ensure that what we deliver is secure, scalable, and aligned to best practicePresent and communicate insights, findings & results to clientsHelp ensure that our client projects are delivered in full, in spec + on timeWhat we need from youHands-on AI developer experience - were tech-agnostic, so we work with a range of cloud, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, BI + AI tools (eg ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, N8N, Zapier, Coda)Evidence that youre an AI-advocate and experiment with new technologyExperience in a similar client-facing AI consultancy roleConfident to talk about AI and great at making complex things simpleConfident at consultative selling with both technical and non-technical senior leaders Commercially-minded so you can understand complex business models and identify new AI opportunities that will deliver a clients vision Experience leading tech projects, ensuring that projects deliver to time/budget/spec and to a clients vision Awesome presentation + communication skills with the ability to inspire peopleExcellent collaboration, interpersonal, written, listening & verbal communication skillsProven experience winning the trust and confidence of a variety of stakeholders at all levelsCreative mindset and the ability to come up with new ideas and alternative ways of doing thingsThe right attitude to work in a small, growing business with a desire to help us improve the way we do thingsWe're open to alternative working models...from fractional roles to part-time to side-hustles...if you're talented, we're flexible.This is NOT an entry-level rolewe need someone who has made loads of mistakes, so that they can share their experiences with others.
