Complete compliance with GPA and Government requirements, especially security of information and security clearances, and 100% adherence to the G4S Government Contract Playbook.Delivery of Financial/Commercial budget, which will tie exactly to the contract margins as agreed in the Bid, ensuring that records are transparent and spending is controlled.In addition the Account Director, through close working relationships with the customers’ representatives, will influence gradual and positive change, augmenting the work carried out by GPA Security and Workplace Services. The Account Director will identify, record, assimilate and present back to the client, opportunities to improve security, reduce cost and other innovative ways of doing things.With adherence to Government Security Clearance high up on the G4S/GPA agenda, the Account Director will ensure their team and the wider G4S is positioned to be able to provide suitably cleared personnel to meet GPA contracted commitments and temporary requirements, and any reasonably foreseen circumstances that might adversely affect the ease of doing so.What were looking forExperience of managing customers and customer expectationsManagement of contract KPI and SLA'sAccurate financial reporting and meeting contract value as sold.Experience of uncompromising security processes, and Governmentcontracts/informationExperience in managing short-notice, large temporary work requestsTrade Union NegotiationsWhat we are offeringExcellent salary.25 days holiday plus 8 BH (Option to purchase more)Pension.Paid travel.
