Competitive salary and private HealthcareMon to FriStandard working hoursSingle site basedApply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to lead the M&E + Fabric maintenance function delivered against the end client's key R&D Campus site in Weybridge/Addlestone.The client are a major Government organisation dedicated to Agriculture and Scientific R&D for purposes of public health.The site is a multi acre, multi building development, including offices, farms, labs and more spread across leafy Surrey countryside.Here, as the Technical Manager you will oversee engineering delivered by Shift Engineering teams who operate on a 24/7 basis, working to a PPM regime and providing reactive repairs.Reporting into the Site Lead, this role is a key operational position within the Account leadership team, as the face of the day to day engineering operation.You will implement the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site maintenance activities.You will be leading interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.This is a fantastic role for an established Facilities Technical Leader, joining a world class site, working for a leading FM provider on a key account.Actions will include:To oversee the BMS building services and Controls Systems of BuildingsManage the technical shift team and contractors to ensure all PPMs and reactive works are completed in line with SLAs and KPIsProvide technical reports and evaluation of assets and systems on the customers sitesReview and evaluate performance and ensure quality standards are being metSupport daily update meetings with customerSupport the Asset Manager by ensure the team provide the correct documentation and uploads to the CAFM systemMaintain a risk register for areas of responsibilities and support the wider risk management and mitigationTake corrective xjdpvnf action to resolve problemsUnderstand the Owners building operations rules for the building(s) under care and as provided by the Account DirectorMake Task assignments as needed for Work Tickets and Preventative Maintenance Work Orders for the O&M TeamEnsure staff complete PMs and work orders as scheduled each monthEnsure the Operations & Maintenance Documents (Documents Library) of Drawings, O&M manuals, Site Operators Manual, etc. are up to date and neatly stored and easily and readily retrievableReview, edit and maintain SOPS/MOPS/EOPS as appropriate for site operationsWe need from you:Clear, engineering leadership experienceTechnical qualification and background
