The role involves supporting prison leavers in temporary accommodation to secure more long-term accommodation and to develop the skills and resources necessary to maintain a tenancy.The Role: You will be working with clients who are being released from prison, often in temporary accommodation provided as part of the Community Accommodation Service Tier 3 (CAS3), which provides up-to 84 days of temporary accommodation and support for those released from prison at high risk of homelessness.You will work with clients to secure more long-term accommodation, often via the private rented sector. Exploring options for further temporary provisions for those unable to secure long-term accommodation within the necessary timeframes.You will be responsible for liaising with private landlords, the council, and a variety of third-party support agencies.You will provide support to develop the skills and resources necessary to maintain a tenancy. For example, supporting clients to apply for all relevant benefits such as Universal Credit or PIP, as well as ensuring clients are able to develop and access a support network including accessing health services.You will provide one to one support to clients with complex needs, to include homeles
