Commercial Gas Engineer – South Manchester £38000-£44000 + Overtime + Van + Training – based on a 40-hour week Leading Building Services Consultancy focused solely on the commercial market are expanding their Mechanical division. Widely recognised as one of the fastest growing M&E consultancies and covering work solely in the North-West, they currently require a Commercial Gas Engineer to work on a range of sites including: - Schools and Educational establishments, Retail outlets, Hospitality venues and Government buildings. Duties of the Commercial Gas Engineer will include * Installation of gas appliances and systems * Maintenance and servicing of gas appliances and undertake fault-finding and repairs on heating systems, boilers, and gas appliances * Gas Safety Inspections * Partake on a 1 in 8 call-outs rota * Complete and maintain accurate service reports and certificates Electrical experience required * 5+ years working as a qualified Gas Engineer (Commercial only) * Qualifications to include - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, COCN1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1. * Excellent customer service skills, dealing with customers face to face, maintaining site standards * Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) * A full UK driving licence The Commercial Gas Engineer will be offered excellent training and development, you will join a growing team within a supportive, environment, sensible work schedules and access to senior management team ensuring you feel valued at all stages of your time with our client.
