If this sounds like an environment that appeals to you, youll find a home here.The RoleAs a Senior Residential Support Worker, youll: Lead shifts and support staff to provide consistent, high-quality care. Act as a key worker, building strong, trusting relationships with young people. Promote emotional stability through trauma-informed and PACE-based practice. Support education, health, social skills and independence goals that prepare young people for their future. Maintain safeguarding, recording, and compliance standards in line with Ofsteds Quality Standards. Mentor junior staff and contribute to the homes development under guidance from the Deputy and Registered Manager.What Were Looking For Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), essential. Minimum 2 years experience in a childrens residential or EBD setting. Strong understanding of safeguarding, attachment, and trauma-informed care and use of the PACE framework. Confident, calm shift leader able to inspire and support others.
