The successful candidate will be able to work some evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the business, and some travel will be expected. An NVQ5 (minimum) in social care or equivalent is essential. Substantial experience in the regional manager role or similar role will be necessary to succeed in this role, including experience in senior management/governance of complex care. An understanding of legal framework associated with mental health & forensic governance will also be of benefit.However, passion for positively shaping lives is just as important to us as your experience.
