SSAS Client Relationship ManagerLocation: Belfast (hybrid working)Salary: competitive + benefitsWe’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven SSAS client relationship manager (CRM) to join our specialist pensions administration team. You’ll work alongside the SSAS team, directors and consultancy staff, supporting Northern Ireland’s largest SSAS advisory service, and playing a key role in maintaining our high standards of client care and technical excellence.What you’ll do:manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of SSAS schemes, serving as the primary point of contactfollow established best practice for maintaining accurate and audit-ready scheme records, trustee documentation and compliance files, including:supporting the identification and reporting of risks, control gaps or potential compliance issuescontributing to maintaining a strong risk culture within the SSAS team, ensuring governance and oversight standards remain highstaying up to date with regulatory changes affecting SSAS schemes and incorporating these into daily workset up new schemes including HMRC registration and oversee scheme takeoversprepare meeting packs, annual valuations, statements, trustee reports and other documentationadminister member events including new members, transfers, retirements and death benefitsmeet all regulatory reporting obligations (HMRC, TPR etc.)support clients and advisers with SSAS technical queriesprocess and monitor investments such as commercial property, borrowing and loanback arrangementsprepare and verify complex calculations – valuations, benefit summaries, Lump Sum Allowance (LSA) related work etc.contribute to continuous improvement projects and support technical process developmentYou’ll be expected to work proactively, handling client queries promptly and professionally while building strong relationships with advisers, trustees and internal stakeholders.
