Job Title - Composite Technicians - Outside IR35.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Composite Laminators & Composite Trimmers - Motorsport & High-Performance AutomotiveLocations: Opportunities in Warwickshire, Silverstone and DaventryContract: 6-Month Rolling (Outside IR35)Shifts: Various Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts AvailableSector: Formula 1, Motorsport, and High-Performance Automotive CompositesRates: 22-26.50 dependent on shift and experienceThe OpportunityWe're looking for experienced Composite Laminators and Composite Trimmers / Fitters to join exciting Formula 1, motorsport, and high-performance automotive projects with a number of our clients in Warwickshire, Daventry and Silverstone.You'll be part of a skilled team producing high-quality composite components for some of the most advanced race cars and performance vehicles in the world.These are outside IR35 contract roles offering excellent hourly rates and long-term project work with ongoing extensions available.Roles AvailableComposite LaminatorsLayup of pre-preg carbon fibre and other advanced materialsWork to tight tolerances using detailed engineering drawings and layup manualsVacuum bagging, de-bulking, and curing processesTrimming and finishing to high standards for motorsport-quality componentsComposite Trimmers / FittersTrimming, drilling, bonding, and fitting of composite componentsFinishing and assembly of carbon fibre parts for F1 and motorsport applicationsUse of hand and air tools to achieve precise fits and finishesUnderstanding of jigs, fixtures, and templatesWhat You'll NeedProven experience as a Composite Laminator or Composite Trimmer/FitterBackground in Motorsport, Formula 1, or high-performance automotive manufacturingStrong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerancesComfortable working from engineering drawings and layup manualsFlexibility to work on various shifts (days, nights, or weekends)Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a fast-paced teamContract Details6-month rolling contracts with strong potential for extensionOutside IR35Excellent hourly rates depending on experience and shift patternImmediate starts availableWhy Join?This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge composite components used in the world's top motorsport and performance vehicles.
