Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Location: Castleford Area Salary: Circa 48,000 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Days)Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.- Including 1 in 4 weeks on call The Role: We are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FMCG Manufacturing company following significant recent investment into site, equipment, and production capability.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on while also leading and developing a high-performing engineering team.The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role is a true 60/40 split approximately 60% hands-on electrical maintenance and fault-finding, with 40% focused on delegation, planning, and day-to-day team management.You will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.Key Responsibilities: As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Providing hands-on electrical maintenance support across production and packaging lines Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults on PLC-controlled and automated machinery Leading, delegating, and supporting a team of electrical and multi-skilled engineers Managing daily workloads, job allocation, and maintenance priorities Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and continuous improvement activity Acting as a technical escalation point during breakdowns Ensuring compliance with health 'safety, electrical standards, and site procedures Working closely with engineering management to support ongoing investment and improvement projects About You: To be successful in this Electrical Maintenance Supervisor position, you will ideally have: Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Electrical Engineer in FMCG or manufacturing Strong electrical fault-finding skills within a fast-paced production environment Experience supervising or mentoring engineers on shift or day-based teams Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) A proactive, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills Interested in applying? xjdpvnf If youre an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor looking for a hands-on leadership role within a heavily invested FMCG manufacturing environment, then we want to hear from you.Please click the APPLY NOW button to submit your application for immediate consideration.
