This is an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a supportive HR function where you'll play a key role in shaping positive people outcomes. Job Description What you'll be doing - Providing day‑to‑day advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability. - Supporting and coaching managers to build confidence in people management and ER processes. - Ensuring all cases are managed promptly, professionally and in line with company policy and employment legislation. - Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to support business objectives and promote best practice. - Producing accurate HR documentation, reports and case notes. - Supporting wider HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the function. - Maintaining confidentiality, data accuracy and GDPR compliance at all times. The Successful Applicant What we're looking for - 1-3 years' experience in an ER‑focused HR role. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships. - Confident working under pressure and managing competing priorities. - Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. - Experience supporting investigations or consultations (TUPE experience is a bonus). - CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience - and a desire to progress to Level 5 (fully funded).
