Freelance Site Manager Industrial Refurbishment Location: Swindon Pay Rate: 240 250 per day (CIS) Start Date: 26 January 2026 Duration: 8 weeks A reputable main contractor with a turnover of approximately 70M is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee two industrial refurbishment projects based in Swindon. The projects are running concurrently, with a combined value of circa 500k, and require a confident Site Manager capable of acting as Number 1 on site. Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of two live refurbishment sites Acting as Number 1 Site Manager Managing subcontractors, programme and quality Ensuring full H&S compliance Liaising with the project and commercial teams Requirements: Proven experience delivering industrial refurbishment projects Experience acting as Number 1 on projects up to 500k Able to manage multiple sites simultaneously Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshall & Asbestos Awareness (Required) Package: 240 250 per day, paid via CIS 8-week contract Opportunity to work with an established main contractor This role is ideal for a Freelance Site Manager available from late January and seeking a short-term contract in the Swindon area.
