About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Loan Operations professional to join a growing team and provide critical support to all Loan Operations functions.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented operations specialist to take on a senior role managing the full lifecycle of loan settlements within a dynamic banking environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of loan drawdowns, rollovers, and repayments, whilst supporting supervision of operational workflows and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.Key Responsibilities Loan Operations Management Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, and repayment requests under loan agreements Monitor and manage daily past due reports and loan diary reports Prepare daily and monthly reporting on loan portfolio performance Update and track borrower outstanding and undrawn facility details for monthly accruals Monitor customer incoming fees and follow up on overdue payments Track customer deposits under lien on a monthly/periodic basis Report nostro position movements to Treasury Operations accurately and within agreed timescales Provide timely information and support to internal and external customers What We're Looking For Essential Experience Strong background in loan operations within banking or financial services environment Experience processing loan transactions including drawdowns, rollovers, and repayments Familiarity with banking systems and operational procedures Key Skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with customers and internal teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines General office skills and proficiency with banking systems Collaborative approach and ability to provide operational support xjdpvnf across departments What We Offer Competitive Package Salary up to 65,000 Office-based role (5 days per week) in a collaborative team environment Opportunity to work across both loan and trade operations functions Exposure to diverse banking products and international transactions Professional Development Work within a global banking institution Develop expertise across multiple operational areas Training and mentoring responsibilities for junior staff Cross-departmental collaboration opportunities Additional Information Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
