Care Support Worker Location: Saffron Walden (CB11) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7, 24/7 shared rota including waking nights and sleep-ins Salary: 24,863 Closing Date: 13/01/2026 Minerva Recruitment is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our clients team in Saffron Walden. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in peoples lives, supporting them to live independently and happily. Please note: Due to limited transport links and some unsociable hours, you must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle or a guaranteed way to reach the site.
