This is an early-career role perfect for someone who loves making sophisticated technology easy to use. You'll translate the needs of operations teams into clear product requirements that engineering can run with.You will work at the intersection of video streaming operations and product development. Your user stories, acceptance criteria, and problem statements will directly shape how operators manage live events and on-demand video at scale, serving audiences from thousands to millions of viewers.This role is ideal if you're naturally curious about how things work, empathetic to user challenges, and excited to learn video streaming technology while building core product management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep empathy for the daily challenges, workflows, and pain points of streaming platform operatorsTranslate operational feedback and requirements into actionable product improvementsWrite detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that engineering teams can implement confidentlyCreate problem statements that articulate the "why" behind requests with data and user contextMaintain and evolve requirements throughout the development lifecycle based on team feedbackUnblock teams by clarifying requirements, answering questions, and making prioritization decisionsTest features from an operator perspective, validating that solutions meet real-world operational needsWork with designers to ensure user interfaces match operational workflows and mental modelsTransform sophisticated streaming technology capabilities into intuitive, accessible operator experiencesDocument decisions and trade-offs in a way that both technical and business stakeholders understandDefine success metrics for features and track adoption post-launchRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience0-4 years of experience in product management, technical writing, operations, or a related fieldExceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearlyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExperience with or enthusiasm for learning video streaming concepts and workflowsFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and software development processesNatural empathy and ability to understand diverse user perspectives and operational contextsGenuine curiosity about both the technology and the business value it creates.Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK on a long-term basis.
