What we doRapid Fusion builds robotic 3D printers and hybrid manufacturing cells. KUKA robots, pellet extruders, CNC machiningintegrated systems for aerospace, marine, and defence customers. We want someone who's done this, not just studied it.Essential:Designed electrical systems for industrial machineryKnows the EU Machinery Directive and CE marking inside outCan produce professional technical and as-built drawingsUnderstands safety systems, PLCs, and servo drivesHappy on customer sites leading installations and commissioningUK driving licence, willing to travel (UK and international)Useful:US compliance experience (NFPA 79, UL 508A)Robotics integration (KUKA a bonus)Additive manufacturing, LFAM, or robot commissioning backgroundBuilt or mentored a team beforeThis is a startup. You draw it, you wire it. Everyone gets hands-on to get projects over the line.Location & WorkingBased at our facility at Skypark, Exeter.
