Customer Service Advisor Hybrid & Bracknell based £26,000 Permanent, Full time - 9am - 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a busy team. They are looking for a professional to assist with customer concerns, answer questions, and provide information about their products and services. As a brand ambassador, you will manage customer interactions, respond to phone and email inquiries, and maintain accurate records to ensure the best possible customer experience. Responsibilities Handling customer service queries, providing a premium first impression and professional service Manage inbound telephone enquires as well as responding to customer emails and live chats Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed timescales, this may involve leasing with suppliers to get to an appropriate resolution Identify and assess the customers needs and follow the correct processes to achieve a resolution within the companys SLAs Responsibilities Proven/demonstrable experience of dealing with complex customer queries Be able to demonstrate how well you work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements Confidence making telephone calls and a great telephone manner Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent Microsoft Office skills with demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel Ability to put customers at ease and build rapport and credibility with them Education/Qualifications GCSE Maths and English Benefits Free on-site parking Hybrid - 1 day work from home Pro-rata of 20 days holiday Generous staff discount after 6 months of service Regular office social events In-house training and development to support your growth Workplace pension scheme
