Key Responsibilities: As a Carpenter, your day-to-day duties will include: Repairs & Maintenance: Hanging doors, fitting kitchens, repairing flooring, and skirting. Constructing, installing, and repairing wood structures and fixtures. General maintenance tasks as required. Preparation & Organisation: Ensuring proper tools, equipment, and materials are available before starting jobs. Job Management: Logging jobs and updating progress via handheld PDA device. Completing a range of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and void refurbishments. What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven experience as a Carpenter in a domestic or social housing setting. Work Setting: Comfortable working in both occupied and void social housing properties. Licence: Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
