Qualifications & Experience: * Formal qualification: HNC/HND, Foundation degree or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent commercial/site experience. * Site safety / management certifications: CSCS and SSSTS or SMSTS (or equivalent). * Experience working on water or wastewater projects (treatment works, pumping stations, sewer/network rehabilitation, river/culvert works) or within AMP/framework delivery is highly desirable. * Proven competency or experience acting as Temporary Works Coordinator. * Relevant technical certificates advantageous: Confined Space, First Aid at Work, NRSWA/Streetworks, Plant CPCS or equivalent. * Strong organisational, problem solving and stakeholder management skills; confident communicator with the ability to lead multi-discipline teams. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the operational region. Benefits * Structured training and development package with support towards professional chartership. * Tailored health & wellbeing offering and private medical insurance. * 26 days’ annual leave with option to buy additional days. * Enhanced pension scheme and 4x life assurance. * Clear career progression within major frameworks and opportunity to develop site leadership skills. * Competitive salary and additional regular salary reviews.
