The Role As our Storage Team Leader, you will lead our Storage Admin team in their daily duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for all clients. You will have daily contact with the Warehouse team and our key clients, prioritising work and ensuring internal procedures are adhered to at all times. A vital part of the role is maintaining excellent communication channels with the Vault/Warehouse and Transportation teams, along with multiple overseas offices. We will give you a full insight into the unique world of valuable cargo logistics. About You We're looking for candidates who are: Motivated - you're hungry to learn and develop your skills Flexible - you're open to change and adaptable across a variety of situation Confident - with great communication skills and the ability to cultivate meaningful, positive relationships with both clients and colleagues Collaborative - you're an effective performer, both alone and as part of a team Process Driven able to understand, follow and implement SOPs and company guidelines We're looking for people: Who have experience in Warehouse environments Who have experience leading a team Who have excellent attention to detail Who can spot, assess and work towards solving problems Who have attained a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4/A - C (or equivalent) including Maths and English However, we're more interested in your passion and drive than the qualifications you have previously completed, so we welcome applications from all academic backgrounds.
