Were looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Hastings, supporting planned and reactive works across our social housing portfolio. About the Role As a Resident Liaison Officer, youll be the key point of contact between residents, contractors, and the project team. Youll ensure residents are fully informed and supported throughout property improvement, maintenance, and refurbishment works. Your role will help minimise disruption, maintain positive relationships, and ensure projects run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Act as the main liaison for residents, addressing enquiries, concerns, and access requirements Provide clear updates on works schedules, processes, and expected timeframes Arrange appointments, home visits, and resident meetings Support vulnerable residents to ensure their needs are met during works Work closely with site managers, operatives, and subcontractors to coordinate activity Maintain accurate records of communications, complaints, and resolutions Promote resident satisfaction and ensure high standards of customer care Assist with surveys, handovers, and completion documentation About You Previous experience as an RLO/Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison, Customer Liaison, or a strong customer service background in housing or property services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and confident dealing with a variety of residents Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach Ability to manage your own workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence essential TPBN1_UKTJ
