Interim Project Supervisor Hertfordshire 278 per day (outside IR35) Trevett Services are working with a leading contractor to source an Interim Project Supervisor for a 4 month contract paying 278 per day (outside IR35). Supporting the Project Management Team, the Project Supervisor will be responsible for a number of small M&E / Building projects ranging from 50k 3m. Projects will primarily consist of refurbishment, Alteration, and Fit-Out projects as well as various small Building Projects. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements to explain feasibility of projects. Work with the Project Team & Sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work. Competitively price the works whilst returning expected profit margins. Review all project information and implement a project delivery phase plan. Engage with sub-contractors under the correct commercial terms. About you: You will hold a valid Black or Gold CSCS Card You will hold a valid SMSTS Card You will have a valid First Aid certificate You will have experience of building and M&E small works projects You must be willing to travel to a site in London (occasionally, with travel paid) My client is looking for a well organised Project Supervisor with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
