Qualified Childcare Practitioners (Level 2 & Level 3) Southampton SO15 13.00 per hour | 20 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday (rota basis) Location: Southampton, Hampshire Employment Type: Part-Time About the Role We are recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Practitioners to join a busy and welcoming creche environment in Southampton. This role is ideal for childcare professionals who enjoy working in a fun, engaging setting and supporting childrens learning and development through play. You will work as part of a small, supportive team to ensure a safe, stimulating, and well-supervised experience for all children attending the creche. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care and play experiences for children. Supervise children effectively at all times, ensuring safety and wellbeing. Support the daily routine, including setting up play areas and engaging activities. Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS guidelines. Communicate professionally with parents, colleagues, and management. Work flexibly across a rota covering Monday to Sunday.
