This role would be based predominantly from home with weekly travel (Likely on a Wednesday) to our office on Quorum Business Park. Please note we are only able to progress with candidates eligible for SC clearance. What you''ll be doing: Provision of ER case support to the business, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases. Advise and guide managers on effectively handling ER situations, supporting managers in applying the full range of HR policies such as grievance and disciplinary procedures. Foster and sustain internal/external customer relations to ensure a high level of service is provided. Collate and provide information to make sure accuracy of reporting or to meet internal/external client requirements. Provision and manipulation of data within excel on an ad hoc and project basis as required. What you''ll bring: Extensive ER experience in a large, sophisticated organisation across a diverse range of case types. An understanding of relevant laws and regulations and ability to apply them to situations in the workplace. Ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to influence discussions with groups and individuals. It would be great if you had: Experience in a HR Shared Service model. Experience of working in a TUPE role within a Technology/consultancy multi-site.
