Were looking for Sous Chefs to head up and manage key areas of our multi-outlet, high-end stadium dining operations across Compass Group venues from fine dining and premium hospitality to elevated bowl food, buffets, and specialist nutrition. This role is ideal for a chef with flair, finesse, and leadership strength, capable of running world-class operations delivering thousands of covers per event across sport, music, and live entertainment. Youll work alongside industry-leading chefs and teams, delivering unforgettable experiences for fans, artists, athletes, clients, and VIP guests across some of the UKs most prestigious venues, including: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium The O2 Arena Twickenham Stadium Kia Oval Brentford Community Stadium and other major Compass-managed stadiums and arenas nationwide Areas You May Work Across Depending on venue and event type, you may lead or support operations within: Fine Dining & Signature Restaurants high-end plated service Premium Suites & Loges private dining, shared and plated menus Exclusive Clubs & Hospitality Lounges elevated guest experiences Large-Scale Premium Buffets high-volume, high-quality delivery Bowl Food & Small Plates Concepts modern, fast-paced service Artist, Player & Team Catering performance-focused nutrition Media, Corporate & Internal Dining precision, consistency, detail Key Focus Areas Champion quality, consistency, and innovation across all menus Deliver large-scale service across football, rugby, cricket, concerts, boxing, NFL and live events Collaborate with senior, Michelin-calibre chefs and culinary partners Maintain strict adherence to menu specs, recipes, and ingredient use Lead, develop, and motivate multi-kitchen teams (permanent & event-day brigades) Support tastings, planning sessions, and high-profile client events Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and allergen regulations Perform confidently under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments Who You Are A confident and resilient Sous Chef with strong operational experience A natural leader with excellent people skills Passionate about quality, detail, and guest-first experiences Strong understanding of food trends and how to execute them at scale Commercially aware with a clear focus on cost control and consistency Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and values-driven Uncompromising on standards even at peak pressure Hands-on, visible, and leads from the front Youll Also Need To Demonstrate strong knowledge of H&S and allergen compliance Follow strict recipe, portion, and presentation guidelines Maintain correct food storage, labelling, and recovery procedures Supervise seamless service with precise timing and execution Uphold and embody Compass Group values in everything you do Ready to lead on the biggest stages in UK hospitality?
