Our services focus on Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy, delivered in a warm, family-centred environment where clinical excellence meets compassionate care.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy, well-established private clinic. This role requires a strong organisational leader with a commercial mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing a dynamic schedule.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and service delivery. Manage two direct part-time team members, including one who works Saturdays, as the clinic operates Monday to Saturday. Maintain compliance with clinical and administrative standards.Client & Team CoordinationEnsure therapists schedules are optimised for efficiency and client satisfaction.Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.Foster a positive, collaborative environment for staff and families.Commercial & Strategic FocusMonitor KPIs and clinic performance, reporting to senior leadership.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client experience.Support growth initiatives aligned with Hopscotchs mission.Essential Skills & Experience:Proven experience managing a busy healthcare or therapy clinic.Strong organisational and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Commercial acumen and understanding of private practice operations.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.DesirableExperience working with neurodiverse children and young adults (ages 6 months to 25 years).Familiarity with Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy services.Knowledge of UK healthcare policies and EHCP processes. xjdpvnf Ability to manage complex schedules and maintain high standards of client care.Working HoursMonday to Friday: 09:00 AM 6:00 PMOversight of Saturday operations (managed by part-time staff): 08:30 AM 5:00 PMBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Employee Assistance ProgramAccess to a 24/7 General PractitionerLegal AssistanceFitness discounts, including access to over 3,600 health clubsOther lifestyle discountsOngoing professional development opportunities
