The role is perfect for someone who is already working in a supervisory role or for someone who is ready to take their first step in to supervising a team.The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach balancing supervisory and management responsibilities, with a little hands-on work if needed.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking across a number of projects in the Greater Manchester area, ensure all installations meet current regulations and the highest quality standards.Maintain and monitor compliance with all Health & Safety requirements.Deliver projects on time, ensuring standards and timescales are met or exceeded.Lead meetings with on-site staff, clients, and management teams.Complete testing, inspection, and certification of works.What Were Looking ForA motivated individual seeking a challenge and the opportunity to grow with the business.C&G 18th Edition Electrical Installations qualification (essential).A strong understanding of various electrical systems, including high / low voltage, commercial, and industrial applications.Ideally C&G 2391 (Inspection & Testing).
