The role may suit a mechanical graduate, laboratory technician or someone who has worked with quality engineering who has experience of calibrating their own equipment and is looking for a mobile role. The role:Undertake testing and calibration of measuring equipment for industries such as railway, laboratories, hospitals and automotive Working with electrical and mechanical instrumentation for a wide verity of industriesWorking on pressure gauges, dimensional measuring equipment, temperature, torque, and LF and RF electrical equipmentEnsure that all equipment works in line with industry standards Producing equipment reports and recommendations Testing and repair of calibration equipment mechanical strip down and rebuild as required.
