As our workshop manager, you'll be the driving force behind our coach building team - ensuring every vehicle interior conversion meets the highest standards, is delivered on time and stays within budget. You'll lead a skilled team of fitters and manage workflow efficiently. Your ability to anticipate issues and find smart solutions will be key to maintaining productivity and quality. Plus you'll champion Health and safety, creating a safe and efficient environment for everyone.
