If you love combining artistic vision with technical excellence, mentoring others, and owning major projects from concept to delivery, this role is for you.What You’ll Do Lead lighting design + delivery for large-scale live events Interpret briefs and elevate them with creative lighting solutions Produce proposals, specs, and technical documentation Guide and mentor a talented lighting team Build strong client relationships Oversee on-site delivery across multiple projectsWhat We’re Looking For 6+ years in creative lighting design / systems Strong client-facing communication Technical leadership experience Ability to balance creativity with commercial awarenessMon–Fri, 8am–5pm (flexible for events)
