The focus is on deep technical troubleshooting, stability, and continuous improvement across modern WAN and campus networks.If you’re tired of being the “everything engineer”, want to sharpen your SD-WAN and enterprise switching skills, and value work-life balance just as much as technical depth, this one lands nicely.Responsibilities: • Act as a3rd line escalation pointfor complex network incidents and problems. • Troubleshoot advanced issues acrossLAN, WAN, and SD-WANenvironments. • Support and optimiseHPE Aruba switchingestates. • Work withFortinet SD-WANandPalo Alto Prisma SD-WANplatforms. • Collaborate with design and project teams on network improvements and changes. • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes, not just workarounds. • Maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge base articles. • Support secure network operations within regulated and sensitive environments.Skills / Must Have: •CCNP-level skillswith acurrent professional-level certification(essential). • Strong enterprise networking background (routing & switching). • Hands-on experience withHPE Aruba switching . • SD-WAN experience (vendor-agnostic accepted). • Ability to operate confidently in a3rd line supportcapacity. • Eligible forSC Clearance(or already SC cleared).Nice to Have: • Fortinet SD-WAN experience. • Palo AltoPrisma SD-WANexposure. • Experience supporting large, multi-site network estates.Benefits: •No on-callrota. • Working hours:9am–5pm, Monday to Friday . • Hybrid working with3 days per week in the office . • Choice of office locations: – London – Belfast – Birmingham – Sheffield – Manchester – Bristol • Training and development support to keep certifications current. • Stable, well-run environment with clear technical ownership.
